Saint Paul Port Authority Shares MinnPACE Insights at MNCREW

In November, Holly Huston represented the Saint Paul Port Authority at the MNCREW “Accessing Capital with Green Equity” event, where she highlighted how MinnPACE is helping property owners unlock financing for energy-efficient, resilient, and community-building projects across Minnesota.

Holly shared how MinnPACE provides long-term, cash-flow-positive financing for improvements like HVAC upgrades, solar, insulation, windows, lighting, and other measures that cut both costs and carbon. She also discussed MinnPACE’s rapid growth—over 450 projects and over $334 million in energy investments statewide—and the program’s expanding reach through 68 counties, 25 cities, and 25 active lending partners.
