MinnPACE Presents at National C-PACE Alliance Conference in Minneapolis

On September 17, 2025, Minneapolis welcomed C-PACE industry leaders from across the country for the annual C-PACE Alliance Conference. The event brought together national experts to share best practices, discuss program innovation, and explore the future of this rapidly growing financing tool.

Holly Huston, Vice President of Finance at the Saint Paul Port Authority, represented MinnPACE as a featured speaker, presenting on “From Pipeline to Closing.” Her session walked through the critical steps for moving projects forward, including energy audits, lender engagement, county approvals, and project verification.

With 473 loans financed to date and $351 million in energy investments statewide, MinnPACE continues to demonstrate the scale and impact of C-PACE financing in Minnesota.
