Flexible Rates and Payment Options
Trillion BTU loan interest rates adjust with the market and are set quarterly to remain competitive. Borrowers have two repayment options:
- Pay through their property tax bill using the PACE program.
- Choose a traditional monthly payment plan. The traditional plan may be preferable if lender acknowledgment of the PACE loan is not available.
Payments are based on a simple amortization method, meaning each payment is the same amount and includes both principal and interest.

Current Interest Rate 5.0% (valid October 1 – December 31, 2025)
