What Contractors Need to Report

• Employee wages (certified payroll records showing prevailing wage compliance)
• Total project hours worked
• Pay statements and signed compliance form
• Any additional documentation required for SHPO (State Historic Preservation Office) or environmental review, such as photos, design plans, or archaeological reports if requested

• Trillion BTU Program collects wage reports from participating projects seeking funding
• Submitted reports are carefully reviewed and filed with both state and federal agencies to ensure compliance and transparency
